E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: E-commerce Executive   Location: Noida Industry: Home Décor / Consumer Goods / E-commerce   Company: Deeptech Expertise / DeeDecor wave Brand: Deedecor Wave   Experience Required: 1–3 Years   Employment Type: Full-time   About the Company   We are a fast-growing brand in the home décor segment, operating under the name Deedecor Wave, with a presence across major e-commerce marketplaces. We specialize in offering aesthetically designed, high-quality home décor products. As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and take charge of multi-channel online operations. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations - Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other relevant platforms. - Oversee end-to-end product listing: titles, bullet points, descriptions, SEO keywords, and attributes. - Ensure timely inventory updates, pricing strategies, order processing, and return handling. - Monitor product visibility, competitor listings, and buy box metrics to drive performance. Advertising & Promotions - Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other platforms. - Strategize and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns (Lightning Deals, Coupons, etc.). - Coordinate with the finance team for wallet top-ups and ad budget allocation. Brand Store & Content Management - Maintain and update Deedecor Wave storefronts with consistent branding, banners, and product sections. - Coordinate with creative teams for lifestyle images, infographics, and A+ content (Amazon). - Ensure adherence to platform-specific content and design guidelines. Analytics & Reporting - Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance, conversion rates, return ratios, and campaign effectiveness. - Share detailed performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvement. Compliance & Platform Communication - Ensure all listings and operations comply with marketplace policies and guidelines. - Liaise with seller support teams to resolve listing issues, suspensions, or customer complaints efficiently. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1–3 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce operations across major platforms. - Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, product SEO, and seller policies. - Proficiency in MS Excel, basic image editing tools, and marketplace dashboards. - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
