Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Dy. Director- Human Resources, located in Vadodara. The Dy. Director- Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management and employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves facilitating strategic HR planning, managing recruitment processes, developing training programs, and addressing employee grievances. Additionally, the Dy. Director will collaborate with various departments to promote a positive workplace culture and foster professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Five Years of Experience at Head - HR or above post in any reputed University
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
