Responsibility

1. Material Dispatch Management

1.1 Oversee the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery.

1.2 Plan and execute dispatch schedules based on open orders and production timelines.

1.3 Verify dispatch invoices, challans, e-way bills, and material loading documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

1.4 Arrange transportation for outward materials, optimizing costs and delivery timelines.

1.5 Supervise the proper handling, packaging, and loading of goods to minimize damage during transit.

2. Coordination with Job Workers and Outward Activities

2.1 Manage the dispatch of raw materials and semi-finished goods to job workers for processing, maintaining detailed records.

2.2 Monitor the return of processed materials from job workers, ensuring quantity and quality checks.

2.3 Coordinate with the quality control and production teams to ensure material readiness for dispatch and job work.

3. Stock and Storage Management

3.1 Maintain updated stock records for finished goods, raw materials, and semi-finished goods.

3.2 Manage storage operations for FG (Finished Goods) to ensure efficient handling and easy retrieval.

3.3 Perform daily updates in stock registers and reconcile discrepancies through periodic audits.

3.4 Ensure stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages or overstocking.

4. Reporting and Documentation

4.1 Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch activities, including shipment volumes and delivery timelines.

4.2 Track materials in transit, ensuring safe and on-time delivery.

4.3 Generate sales bills, challans, and e-way bills, maintaining compliance with GST and other regulatory requirements.

4.4 Present dispatch reports during monthly meetings and provide feedback on operational challenges.

5. Customer and Communication Management

5.1 Communicate with customers regarding material availability, shipment dates, and delivery details.

5.2 Provide dispatch details to customers on the same day as material dispatch via email or messaging platforms.

5.3 Address customer inquiries related to dispatch, product deliveries, and other logistics concerns.

5.4 Build and maintain strong relationships with customer logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.

6. Compliance and Workplace Practices

6.1 Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies, GST regulations, and transport laws.

6.2 Monitor and enforce safety standards during loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.

6.3 Implement 5S and lean management practices in the workplace and ensure all team members are trained.

7. Miscellaneous Responsibilities

7.1 Support management in developing cost-effective transport solutions by reviewing transport rates periodically.

7.2 Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management, ensuring alignment with overall operational goals.

8. Export and Import Packing and Dispatch

8.1. Ensure proper packing of goods for export and import to prevent damage during transit.

8.2. Prepare and maintain packing lists and ensure compliance with export/import documentation requirements.

8.3. Verify product labeling, tagging, and packaging as per customer and regulatory requirements.

8.4. Oversee loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe handling during dispatch.

8.5. Ensure compliance with international shipping standards and regulations.

8.6. Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and manage any delays or discrepancies.

8.7. Provide regular updates to the management on shipment status and dispatch performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
