You’ll lead cross-functional teams, build delivery strategies, ensure exceptional client experience, and play a key role in enabling customer value through technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of consultants, project managers, and technical staff.
• Drive strategy, planning, and execution of end-to-end product implementations for enterprise clients.
• Define services offerings, delivery models, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Own project success metrics: timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the go-to escalation point for customers; manage expectations and build strong partnerships.
• Continuously improve service quality, delivery processes, and operational efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to unlock growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and report on delivery performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 16+ years of experience in services delivery, product implementation, or project management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale software product implementations from scratch.
• Strong technical understanding of custom projects and enterprise IT environments.
• Expertise in managing enterprise clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in project management tools, delivery frameworks, and team mentoring.
• Strategic thinking with a bias for action, ownership, and execution excellence.
