Job Overview:

The Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth and expanding the business portfolio within the construction industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring that the company remains competitive in the marketplace. The person will manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation. 

Responsibilities:

• To generate new leads in private and public sectors and expand customer base in India Construction business
• Analyse industry trends, market data, and competitor activity to refine business development strategies and develop short- and long-term business strategies for growth 
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs related to business development efforts
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management 
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to build relationships and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Meet the yearly revenue targets set by the company
