Job Description

Job Purpose: To strategize and execute plans for driving transaction count and GMV through Digital channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Banners, Website, Tele calling, and adopting innovative tools to support the company's growth. This role focuses on creating impactful digital content, analysing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to achieve business objectives. Role and Responsibility: • Strategize and execute plans to generate sales through Digital channels • Achieve transaction volume and GMV targets through digital channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and growth strategies • Adopt best Digital tools to drive Company’s growth. • Create communication strategy based on frequency and type of communication • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms to generate sales preferably through organic means • Analyse historical data to understand the type of campaign to be rolled out. • End-to-end efficient and Error-free construct management • Ideate and implement voucher and non-voucher based programs • Manage campaigns for customers, merchants and internal employees • Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives. • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes • Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and analyse performance metrics for continuous improvement. • Assist in Budget management and allocation across campaigns. • Analyze marketing data, track key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, engagement, etc.), and provide insights for improvement. • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management to review. • Strategize, create, edit, and optimize engaging contents in different formats for various digital channels across Digital platforms Educational Qualification: • Master’s in business administration or relevant discipline Skills and experience: • 8 - 12 years of work experience • Extensive experience in BFSI sector & Sales • Client Relationship & inter-personal skills • Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple-task, Workload, and priorities • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly Show more Show less
