 Architect and optimize LLM-based solutions (GPT-4, Gemini, Med-PaLM, Claude) forhealthcare and enterprise environments.

 Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to power intelligentdiagnostics, enterprise knowledge systems, and contextual automation.

Productization & Intelligent System Development

 Build and scale AI co-pilots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI tools to improve global patient engagement and enterprise workflow efficiency.

 Implement vector database solutions (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for real-time documentretrieval and intelligent search.

 Use MLOps frameworks and cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face Hub) to deploy AI solutions securely and at scale.Ethics, Compliance & Cross-functional Execution

 Ensure global compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA AI/ML regulatory standards.

 Embed explainability, fairness, and ethical governance into AI workflows and product decisions.

 Collaborate with international stakeholders across clinical, engineering, product, and delivery teams to align technology solutions with evolving market needs.

Required Qualifications

 12+ years of AI/ML experience with at least 5 years in global leadership or AI architecture roles.

 Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and intelligent automation across healthcare and enterprise use cases.

 Advanced programming proficiency in Python with strong experience in Hugging Face,LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

 Demonstrated success in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and production-level MLOps delivery.

 Strong capability to lead multi-disciplinary AI teams and drive productization efforts in global delivery models.
