Role Overview

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver a comprehensive, full-stack digital marketing curriculum. This position involves creating and delivering high-quality training across modules such as SEO, SEM/Google Ads, Social Media, Analytics, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom-based training sessions covering topics including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), SMM (Meta, LinkedIn), Email Marketing, Content Strategy, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, and Analytics tools like GA4.
• Develop and regularly update teaching materials: presentations, case studies, assignments, and demos.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and live project simulations using tools like Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.
• Assess student progress with quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions; monitor improvement.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring, doubt-clearing, and career guidance.
• Stay current with industry trends—e.g. AI marketing, automation tools—and integrate them into the curriculum.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of practical digital marketing experience, and ideally 1–2 years in a training or teaching role.
• Strong hands-on skills across digital marketing domains: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, Content, Affiliate, Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn marketing, WordPress, and Canva onclick digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; postgraduate preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi to effectively teach.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar are a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹23,000/month (based on experience and role expectations)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
