Role Overview:

proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Develop and execute digital campaigns focused on generating high-quality business leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email, SEO, etc.)
Division Ownership:
Take full responsibility for the performance and growth of QNL Harmony — from planning to execution to optimization.
Campaign Management:
Design, run, and manage campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, performance metrics, and conversion tracking.
Content & Social Media:
Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging content for websites, email, and social media platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, track campaign results, and report performance data to improve strategies continuously.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with QNL’s goals.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven record of lead generation
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Highly proactive with the ability to independently drive and manage marketing efforts
