Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team across all online platforms
• Design and implement strategic campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Supervise and optimize SMM (Social Media Marketing), SEO, and YouTube strategies
• Collaborate with influencers and external partners to boost brand reach
• Introduce new ideas, innovations, and growth hacks to stay ahead in digital trends
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for cohesive campaigns
• Report directly to senior leadership with regular updates on digital growth

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in leading digital marketing teams
• Expertise in SMM, YouTube marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations
• Strong sense of creativity, innovation, and campaign ideation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven approach with familiarity in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio of successful campaigns or projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
