Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or sourced leads. Introduce and explain IT products/services (e.g., software development, digital marketing, cloud services, web/mobile apps). Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Schedule meetings, demos, or call-backs for the sales or pre-sales team. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate and detailed information. Follow up on leads through calls and emails to nurture them through the sales funnel.
