Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA goals.

• Monitor daily budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important metrics.

• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.

• Set up and manage pixels, events, and Google Tag Manager as required.

• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of performance metrics, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and tracking tools.

• Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies.

• Experience in eCommerce or consumer product marketing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred, not mandatory).

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
