At The Crimson Cape, we believe in the power of thoughtful storytelling and intelligent strategy to shape how brands connect in the digital world. We are a digital strategy and solutions agency based in Mumbai, and we’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead and execute end-to-end social media and digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Shape digital brand narratives with a keen eye on performance, audience insights, and platform shifts
• Actively contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting pre-sales efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, and paid media) to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand voice
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, offering guidance, clarity, and campaign intelligence

We’re Looking For:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong foundation in strategic thinking, content planning and copy writing
• A clear understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and the ability to adapt accordingly
• Experience in client-facing roles, including briefing, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling copy and confident presentation
• A proactive, organised individual who is both detail-oriented and comfortable with big-picture thinking
• Working knowledge of pre-sales processes and the ability to build strong networks for client acquisition

It Would Be Great If You Also:

• Have previous experience in a digital agency
• Can contribute to internal growth strategies as much as client campaigns
• Understand how to align organic efforts with paid performance
