Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role plays a key part in driving online traffic, customer engagement, and conversions across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee company websites and landing pages – ensuring SEO best practices and CRO.
  • Plan and execute social media strategy, calendar, and campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
  • Create performance reports and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, ad copies, and marketing assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage and nurture marketing automation workflows and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or website editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,175.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
