The Role: We are seeking a highly creative and multi-talented UI/UX Designer & Graphic/Video Editor to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and proven expertise in creating engaging visual content across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital products and brand presence through intuitive interfaces, compelling graphics, and dynamic video content.

What You'll Do:

UI/UX Design:

• Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual assets for marketing, social media, websites, and print.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Design presentations, infographics, and illustrations.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and impactful video content (social media ads, promos, tutorials).
• Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, sound design, and music.
• Ensure brand consistency in all video productions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 1 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor, with a strong online portfolio showcasing your diverse skills.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign.
• Video Tools: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• UI/UX Principles: Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Graphic Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and animation is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,531.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
