Maharashtra Experience :- 5+ Years as a Digital Marketing Manager Job Description :- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing paid and organic channels Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve campaign goals and optimize performance Plan and oversee digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns including setup, targeting, testing, and continual optimization Oversee SEO strategy execution, including on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring content alignment for maximum impact Track, analyse, and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, conversions, and bounce rates to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy Collaborate closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and growth opportunities to keep The Full Circle ahead of the curve Maintain and present reporting dashboards with actionable insights to senior leadership regularly Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for optimal campaign ROI Tools and Platforms: Meta Business Suite Google Ads and Google Analytics SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Surfer SEO Google Tag Manager Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Digital marketing: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
