Job Description

We're building India's first OKR and practice management platform designed specifically for CA firms. Our mission is to help accounting professionals modernize their operations and scale efficiently.


About the Role


We're looking for a versatile marketing professional who can handle both strategy and execution across digital channels. You'll be responsible for building our marketing engine from the ground up and driving qualified leads for our B2B SaaS product.


Key Responsibilities:


 


Responsibilities


Manage campaigns to create MQLs

Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube

Content Creation: Develop blogs, case studies, email sequences, and lead magnets

Webinar Management: Organize monthly educational webinars for CA professionals

SEO & Website: Optimize website content and manage landing pages for conversions

Analytics: Track campaign performance, MQL generation, and optimize for ROI

Partnership Coordination: Work with CA associations and industry influencers


Qualifications


2-4 years of marketing experience

Experience in directing campaigns to generate MQLs

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proven experience in B2B marketing (SaaS preferred)

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite

Strong content writing and copywriting skills

Proficiency in marketing tools (GA4, CRM, email platforms)

Basic design skills (Canva/Figma) or ability to manage freelancers

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns



Nice to Have


Experience marketing to professional services (CA/legal/consulting)

Knowledge of marketing automation tools

Video editing or podcast production skills

Understanding of the Indian CA/accounting industry
