Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of digital trends, and a data-driven approach to achieving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. Create and curate high-quality content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and website updates. Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, automation, and performance tracking. Analyze data from digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and prepare performance reports. Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) to create engaging digital assets. Maintain and improve the company’s online presence through website updates, social media management, and review platforms. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media advertising platforms. Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing tools. Experience with marketing automation tools like Market or HubSpot.
