Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to lead and optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role position involves both strategic planning and performance analysis to drive measurable growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Management

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, etc.).
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize user experience and lead generation.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, and other marketing platforms.
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and engagement.

SEO & SEM

  • Perform keyword research and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Continuously monitor cost-per-click (CPC), CTR, quality scores, and bidding strategies.

Social Media & Content

  • Oversee content creation and distribution across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and apply insights to enhance engagement and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality assets for digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, automation, and website analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
