Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling
  • Analyze test results and identify system bottlenecks or issues impacting performance.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and baseline metrics.
  • Conduct stress, load, soak, spike, and endurance testing across APIs, web, and backend systems.
  • Automate performance tests and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide input into capacity planning and system architecture based on test Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3- 7 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Proficient in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, Groovy, or Shell.
  • Good understanding of system architecture, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and web technologies.
  • Experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Qualifications :
  • Certifications in performance testing or related QA domains.
  • Experience with APM tools and observability.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and working in fast-paced Skills :
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying issues.
