Job Title: DevOps Engineer 📍 Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore (On-site) 🕒 Type: Full-Time 📅 Experience: 4+ Years 🏢 Industry: Fintech / SaaS / Payments CTC: 6,00,000 LPA - 8,00.000 LPA About the Role We’re looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to manage CI/CD pipelines , cloud infrastructure , and automation at Paywize . You’ll ensure availability, security, and scalability across our fintech platforms. This role bridges development and operations — streamlining deployment and powering seamless digital payments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement & maintain CI/CD pipelines Automate infrastructure using Terraform , Ansible , or similar Manage scalable & secure cloud infrastructure ( AWS/GCP/Azure ) Handle Docker & Kubernetes deployments (Helm charts, container orchestration) Set up performance monitoring & alerts using Prometheus , Grafana , ELK Stack Implement SRE best practices , optimize performance & reduce downtime Enforce infrastructure security, compliance, and access control standards Collaborate with dev and QA teams for smooth build, test & release Identify DevOps automation & optimization opportunities Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience Proficient in CI/CD tools : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI Expert in Docker , Kubernetes , container orchestration Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) Strong in AWS services; GCP/Azure is a plus Familiar with Node.js , PM2 , Nginx Skilled in Bash , Shell , or Python scripting Solid knowledge of system monitoring and observability tools Strong understanding of infrastructure and network security Preferred Skills Experience in fintech/payments (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) Deep hands-on with AWS (ECS, EKS, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) Knowledge of HA, disaster recovery, cost optimization Familiarity with event-driven and transactional systems CI/CD strategies for secure fintech deployment Awareness of log aggregation, threat detection, and secure APIs Experience with payment gateways, ledger systems, or banking APIs 🧭 Walk-In This Week | Location: Bangalore 📅 Monday to Friday | 10 AM – 5 PM] 📩 Can’t make it for the walk-in?
