You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to drive learning, innovation, and product understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high engagement among developers through regular check-ins, sessions, and collaborative discussions
• Build a positive and inclusive technical culture
• Conduct technical workshops and learning sessions on relevant topics
• Simplify complex concepts for better understanding across experience levels
• Provide active support for developer challenges
• Identify pain points and offer timely, hands-on technical solutions
• Represent the product in internal and external presentations
• Explain product features, updates, and technical workflows effectively
• Document technical workflows, create learning material, and internal guides
• Share knowledge through talks, write-ups, and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Background in software development, engineering, or technical training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience delivering tech workshops or mentoring developers
• Comfort with public speaking and presenting to varied audiences
• Familiarity with tools like Git, basic dev stacks, and agile practices
