Job Title: Design & Technology Teacher Location: Mayo College & Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer Design the Future—One Idea at a Time Mayo College & Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer, is on the lookout for a visionary Design & Technology Teacher who can ignite curiosity, creativity, and innovation in students from Grades 6 to 12. We’re looking for a tech-savvy maker and mentor—someone who’s as comfortable sketching concepts as they are with CAD software and rapid prototyping tools. From design thinking and manufacturing processes to machine learning and digital fabrication, your classroom will be a space where ideas come to life. What we’re looking for: A strong background in Design & Technology, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with tools, materials, and CAD/CAM platforms; familiarity with machine learning or coding is a big plus. A flair for design thinking, creative problem-solving, and building student confidence through experimentation and exploration. Ability to plan and lead innovative student projects that blend imagination with real-world skills. 3–5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience, preferably in a boarding school or a progressive day school environment. Prior knowledge of the IGCSE Design & Technology curriculum is preferred.
