Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify leads in given segments and work towards signing them with BRISKPE for payment solutions . Customer Engagement: Meet with customers, understand their needs, and present suitable products/services to address those needs. Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue levels are grown and product array widened, through cross sell Sales Execution: Achieve allocated quarterly and yearly targets for sales in dedicated region. Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations, demo, commercial negotiation and agreement closure and show potential customers how our offerings can benefit them Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and report insights on market trends and competitor activities to the sales manager. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Act as first point of contact from business team for customer queries. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Regularly update the sales manager on your progress. Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally and positively in the market, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B, Logistics, Fintech or SaaS sales preferred Experience in customer servicing & engagement Experience in portfolio management, cross sell & upsell Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Persuasive and confident, with a knack for closing deals. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
