Deputy Manager – Key Accounts & Inside Sales

SmartNode Automation Pvt Ltd is hiring a dynamic Deputy Manager – Key Accounts & Inside Sales to lead two essential teams:

• Channel Partner Key Account Support
• Inside Sales Team

This role reports to the Director and focuses on building strong channel relationships, increasing sales revenue, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner – Key Account Management:

• Act as the primary contact for channel partners.
• Coordinate order processing, documentation, and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve process issues.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.

Inside Sales Team Management:

• Lead a team handling leads from digital campaigns and marketing.
• Improve lead nurturing and conversion through strategic follow-ups.
• Drive repeat and new business opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize CRM data and lead pipeline tracking.

Managerial & Strategic Focus:

• Monitor and manage team performance (KPIs, targets).
• Build a positive team culture with continuous learning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Align team goals with overall business strategy and report to the Director.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, marketing, or engineering).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Key Accounts, or Channel Partner handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
