Deputy Manager – Mortgage (Home Loans)

Location: Vardhman Trade Center, Nehru Place, New Delhi (Landmark - near Haldiram, above Canara Bank)

As per industry standardsWe are hiring a Deputy Manager – Mortgage (Home Loans) to lead our sales team and drive home loan business across the assigned geography. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales leadership, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring high performance from the team.

Key Responsibilities

Geography Allocation and Mapping: Allocate specific geographic areas to team members, closely monitor their performance, and conduct regular audits to track mapping efficiency.
Source Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with lead sources within the designated geography.
Daily Joint Calls: Accompany team members on joint field visits including source meetings and customer sales calls.
Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and empanel new channel partners to increase sourcing capability.
Team Huddles: Organize daily team huddles to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain motivation.
Sales and Process Review: Ensure effective implementation of the sales process, LMS adherence, and daily functioning across all team members.
Coordination with HSPL Hub: Work with the credit team to track the status of loan applications and update the team accordingly.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any field with strong leadership qualities
Minimum 5years experience and 2 years of experience in leading a team
Prior experience in the home loan or mortgage segment preferred
