Delivery Head - BI / Data Intelligence / Data & Analytics

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head our Data Intelligence Group. This Vice President role will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Associates and Analysts, while driving critical initiatives in data migration, data management, architectural design, and advanced analytics across client engagements.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned data professional with a strong background in large-scale data projects, advanced analytics, and Big Data technologies. A deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and a working knowledge of Generative AI is essential. This position offers a dynamic path for learning and growth, with high visibility and active involvement in stakeholder and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale data migration projects, ensuring quality execution and client satisfaction
• Design and implement data management strategies and architecture that align with business goals
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, regularly engaging to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy ML and AI-based solutions
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across different clients with effective resource planning and delivery excellence
• Champion best practices in data engineering and analytics, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Mentor team members in cutting-edge areas such as NLP, predictive analytics, and LLMs
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data management, solution architecture, analytics, and project leadership
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale data migration and analytics initiatives
• Expertise in cloud architecture and enterprise-scale data solutions
• Strong proficiency in ML, AI, and Generative AI applications
• Experience working with clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain preferred

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) required
• MBA or MS in a relevant field is preferred
