About The Role

We’re hiring a Database Designer to build, structure, and optimize our database systems. You’ll focus on creating reliable, efficient, and scalable databases that serve our products and internal tools.

Responsibilities

Design logical and physical databases based on user and business requirements
Translate data models into optimized database schema
Work closely with software developers and data teams to integrate systems
Optimize performance and storage
Maintain documentation for schemas, relationships, and procedures

Requirements

5+ years of experience in database design or data modeling
Strong knowledge of RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
Familiarity with normalization, indexing, and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with ER modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Lucidchart)
Strong SQL skills

Nice To Have

Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
Understanding of data privacy and security standards
