Desired Qualification & Skills :

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science/Engineering.

· Strong proficiency in R and/or Python programming, along with solid command-line skills.

· Proficiency in building and maintaining ETL pipelines.

· Experiences on building data models, data harmonization and quality control

· Good understanding of the Healthcare domain.

· Knowledge of OMOP and/or CDISC standards (STDM, ADaM) (preferred)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented approach, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.

· Prior experience in statistical programming, genomic data analysis, NLP applications on healthcare datasets and data visualization would be a valuable asset.
