Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced data entry operator with strong typing and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be capable of maintaining accurate records, entering high volumes of data efficiently, and supporting operational and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company's databases and systems. Perform data verification and clean-up to ensure high data quality and integrity. Use Excel to organize, analyze, and summarize data as required. Generate and format reports, charts, and pivot tables using Excel. Ensure all data entries are completed within set deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve necessary data or correct discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity. Perform regular backups and maintain data security protocols. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data sorting/filtering. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with data entry tools and office software (MS Word, Google Sheets, etc.). Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data management or ERP systems. Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.
