About the Role:

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret commercial and engagement data from various channels (email, website, sales, etc.) to optimize pharma marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure campaign performance and customer journey metrics.
Work with data sources such as
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Google Analytics, DV360, and Adobe Analytics
to consolidate and transform data.
Ensure compliance with
data privacy standards
such as HIPAA and GDPR, managing consented data responsibly.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define KPIs and deliver strategic recommendations.
Write complex
SQL queries
and use
Python
for data wrangling and analysis.

Required Skills:

2–4 years of
hands-on analytics experience in pharma/life sciences commercial omnichannel
environments.
Proficiency in
SQL
and
Python
for data processing and analysis.
Solid understanding of
data privacy principles
(HIPAA, GDPR) and consented data handling.
Experience with
Adobe Analytics
,
Google Analytics
,
Veeva CRM
,
DV360
, and
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
.
Strong data visualization and storytelling skills (experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in
commercial pharma
data analysis is
mandatory
