Job Description

Job Role: Customer Support Intern

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month

Customer Support Intern


What You'll Be Responsible For

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email — promptly, professionally, and with empathy
  • Resolve order-related concerns (delivery, returns, usage, refunds, etc.)
  • Assist in product education, upselling & building long-term brand trust

Support Operations:

  • Maintain a CRM-friendly log of daily queries, resolutions & escalations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Fulfillment, Product) to ensure fast TATs
  • Track and report customer insights, pain points, and patterns

Learning & Innovation:

  • Understand how modern D2C brands operate across customer experience
  • Work closely with Ops Team to build customer-centric journeys
  • Learn tools like Interakt, Google Sheets, WhatsApp automation, and Operations


You're a Fit If You

  • Are fluent in English and Hindi (spoken + written)
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Are empathetic and know how to calm down angry customers without scripts
  • Are comfortable working across chat-based tools & fast-paced timelines
  • Prefer real conversations over robotic replies — but know when to be firm


Good-to-Have (Bonus Points)

  • You are a marketing graduate student
  • Prior experience with D2C / Shopify / Interakt / Pabbly / Googlesheets
  • Strong communication skills with an eye for emotional nuance
  • You love personal care, beauty, or wellness brands
