Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Engineer at UltraShip TMS. The role involves providing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering field service assistance as needed. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
