Job Title: Customer Success Manager US B2B SaaS Location: Bangalore, India (Remote/Hybrid – Night Shift aligned to US Time Zone) Experience: 2–4 years | Compensation: up to 10 LPA 4–6 years | Compensation: up to 24 LPA Industry: B2B SaaS (Insurtech) Department: Customer Success / Account Management About the Company We are a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed startup operating in the B2B SaaS space , specifically focused on delivering AI-powered solutions to the US insurance market . Our generative AI platforms are helping enterprise insurers automate and optimize underwriting decisions to improve risk assessment and profitability. As we scale, we are hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive strategic client relationships, retention, and growth across US accounts. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients post-sale, owning relationships and ensuring ongoing value delivery. Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption to ensure smooth customer transitions and engagement. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales. Run weekly/biweekly sync-ups and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to measure progress, align expectations, and retain stakeholder buy-in. Resolve client issues with a solutions-focused approach and deep product expertise. Cultivate client advocacy through referrals, testimonials, and co-marketing efforts. Coordinate client engagement activities including strategic events and executive sessions. Partner with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure a unified and high-impact customer journey. Gather client feedback and insights to influence the product roadmap and service delivery. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a B2B SaaS company targeting the US market . Demonstrated success managing mid to high ACV ($60K–$200K) accounts. Background in SaaS, AI-driven platforms, or engineering services, preferably within Insurtech or adjacent domains. Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Track record of driving customer expansion and retention. Comfortable working in US time zone (Night Shift) from India. Bonus: Experience with AI solutions or in startup environments is an advantage.
