Coordination and Reporting Lead daily sync-ups with the production team to ensure alignment on priorities and tasks. Prepare and analyze production reports, using insights to recommend improvements. Communicate operational updates and challenges to leadership, ensuring transparency and clarity. Requirements Experience working in a start-up environment will be considered a plus. Our generative AI platforms are helping enterprise insurers automate and optimize underwriting decisions to improve risk assessment and profitability. As we scale, we are hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive strategic client relationships, retention, and growth across US accounts. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients post-sale, owning relationships and ensuring ongoing value delivery. Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption to ensure smooth customer transitions and engagement. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales. Run weekly/biweekly sync-ups and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to measure progress, align expectations, and retain stakeholder buy-in.
