Description
As a Field Marketer at our Y Combinator-backed startup, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling in-person experiences to drive brand awareness and business growth. Our company specializes in automating manual processes for insurance carriers and brokers, with a mission to bring intelligent automation to the world. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing high-impact events such as private dinners, executive roundtables, conferences, and industry roadshows that spark meaningful conversations and generate pipeline. Your role will demand a unique blend of creativity, operational execution, and strategic thinking. Working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, operations, and performance, you will ensure that every event not only reflects our brand but also delivers measurable results. You will be responsible for researching and evaluating conferences and events that align with our target audience, coordinating with organizers, finalizing participation and budgets, planning and managing logistics, as well as leading the execution of private dinners and hosted events. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in B2B event/field marketing or similar roles, strong planning and project management skills, creativity in designing standout experiences, excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple events across different cities and formats. Experience in organizing small-format events and familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and Luma would be considered a bonus. In return, you can expect a competitive salary based on your experience, opportunities to travel to the U.S. for conferences and customer-facing events, high ownership from day one with a direct influence on Go-To-Market success, cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and leadership, a fast-paced learning environment that rewards execution and creativity, and the chance to scale a YC-backed brand in one of the most relationship-driven industries.,
