We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator / Customer Success Manager Hybrid : Work from home + some in-office collaboration Experience : 7 - 10 years Location : Bengaluru Are you passionate about managing client relationships and delivering impactful data or tech-driven solutions? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator/Manager or Customer Success Manager to join one of our partner organizations - a Switzerland-based healthcare consulting and analytics firm specializing in commercial, scientific, and digital solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. What You’ll Be Doing: Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients Leading onboarding and helping clients adopt data/analytics tools Turning technical features into real business value Working with product, support, and engineering to resolve issues smoothly Driving renewals and spotting upsell opportunities Acting as the voice of the customer to improve the product and service Managing timelines, tasks, and milestones using project management tools What We’re Looking For: 7–10 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or client delivery Strong technical understanding with hands-on project or client delivery experience Excellent communication (both written and spoken) Confident decision-maker who can work independently Experience with data, analytics, AI, or SaaS platforms Familiar with tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the Pharma domain Education: B.Tech + MBA preferred (but not a deal breaker) This is a hybrid role , so you’ll get the best of both worlds - flexibility to work remotely and a chance to collaborate in person.
