If you thrive in ambiguity, love building from scratch (0 to 1), and are passionate about agriculture, climate action, and sustainability — this could be your next big opportunity! 🔍 What You'll Do: Drive pilot projects in carbon agriculture, biochar, and agroforestry. Lead project planning, tracking, and coordination across teams (science, ops, tech, marketing). Build partnerships and identify gaps/improvements in current processes. Track and report project progress to internal and external stakeholders. Stay ahead on policy, market trends, and innovations in the carbon and agri-tech ecosystem. 👤 Who You Are: MBA with 3+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to banking/finance, startups , or climate/sustainability projects . Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re a “0 to 1” builder, not just a scaler. Generalist with a get-it-done attitude and strong collaboration skills.
