Any Graduate fresher & Experience can apply.

Hindi + English & English + Malayalam Required

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice calls related to services.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Adhere to quality standards and meet/exceed performance metrics.
Work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Both undergraduates and graduates can apply.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication for English +Hindi for Customer Service & Required English + Malayalam for Telesales Executive.

Salary Details: Up to 3.5 LPA ( Max 25% hike on last drawn CTC)

Work Details:

Work Days: 6 days a week
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Week Offs: rotational offs
