With clients across India, the Middle East, and the U.S., we are redefining digital education. Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in client servicing and relationship management. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll work closely with educational institutions, helping them use our software products effectively while ensuring a smooth experience. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain Digival’s solutions. Assist in onboarding new clients and support them during implementation. Provide training support to faculty or admin teams on how to use our tools. Follow up on client feedback, document issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Maintain basic client records and track service requests. Support the customer success team with daily coordination and reporting tasks. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is a plus. Passionate about working in tech, education, or client services. Basic understanding of SaaS or cloud-based tools is helpful (training will be provided).
