Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Chennai Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the construction industry . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of CRM processes, customer retention strategies, and relationship management. Experience in the construction sector is a strong plus, or with a background in sales and marketing also ok . The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and other stakeholders within the construction industry. · Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. · Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improving services. Customer Retention & Satisfaction: · Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise. · Implement customer retention strategies to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships. · Conduct regular follow-up with clients post-project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future collaboration. Sales & Lead Generation: · Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities by identifying potential leads and converting them into long-term clients. · Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and proposals, showcasing the company’s strengths and capabilities in the construction sector. · Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies aimed at expanding the client base. Project Coordination: · Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects from client briefing to completion. · Ensure that client requirements and expectations are communicated clearly to the project team, and assist in resolving any issues during the project. · Track project milestones and keep clients informed of progress, delays, or changes in schedule. CRM System Management: · Manage and update the CRM system to track client interactions, project progress, and sales activities. · Generate and analyze reports from the CRM system to assess customer engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. · Ensure all client communications, contracts, and project details are logged accurately in the CRM system. Marketing Support: · Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, client presentations, and digital content to enhance the company’s visibility and outreach. · Provide customer insights and feedback to the marketing team to support the development of targeted campaigns. · Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and strengthen the company’s brand presence. Team Collaboration: · Work closely with the construction, design, and sales teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. · Provide valuable input during internal meetings to improve service delivery and enhance client relationships. · Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or a related discipline is a plus. Experience: · 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or a similar role. · Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred, but not mandatory. · Prior exposure to sales and marketing in the construction or real estate industry is a strong plus. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Understanding of customer satisfaction strategies and client management techniques. · Knowledge of the construction industry, including project timelines, client management, and vendor relationships, is an advantage. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. · Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Work Environment: · The role will involve working closely with both clients and internal teams, requiring excellent interpersonal skills. · The CRM will be expected to travel occasionally to project sites for client meetings or project updates, depending on the project scope.
