Job Title : Customer Relationship Manager
Department: Commercial
· Adhere to organisational processes, protocols, and compliance standards in day-to-day operations.
· Attend client calls regularly and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and coordination from project initiation to final execution.
· Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Make follow-up calls to clients for pending payments and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals to ensure timely collections and contract continuity.
· Coordinate with clients for timely document collection and obtain confirmations for necessary arrangements under the client's scope.
· Coordinate with internal teams from project initiation to completion to ensure timely and successful project execution.
· Responsible for maintaining data in software as per the requirements.
· Sample collection and report generation for QC Lab.
