Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Villa Ortiga located in Delhi, India. The Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, sales, market segmentation, and project management on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Sales and Market Segmentation expertise
  • Experience in managing customer relationships
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of the architecture or design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be able to work on CRM software
