Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to streamline customer interactions and enhance sales processes.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
• Generate reports and analyze customer data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion.
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices.
• Ensure seamless communication with clients, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through effective CRM strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, 4QT, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
