Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Follow-ups

  • Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins from various online/offline campaigns.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the customer’s needs, preferences, budget, and buying timeline.
  • Follow up regularly with prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain engagement and nurture interest.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Explain project details clearly including location advantages, pricing, floor plans, legal approvals, payment plans, and USPs.
  • Handle objections and clarify customer doubts with a confident, customer-first approach.
  • Schedule and coordinate project site visits for interested leads, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
  • Accompany clients during site visits (if needed), or ensure proper coordination with on-site sales teams.

3. Database & CRM Handling

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM tool or Excel sheets.
  • Track and update lead stages (new, follow-up, site visit scheduled, hot, cold, etc.) for management visibility.

4. Coordination with Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on the quality of leads and suggest improvements in campaigns.
  • Share insights on customer behavior, objections, and preferences with the sales and project teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily/weekly reports on leads handled, follow-ups done, conversions, and site visit updates.
  • Ensure all customer communication is documented professionally and compliantly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate)
  • Experience:
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service/pre-sales in Real Estate / Construction / Property Promoters
  • Experience in handling residential or commercial projects is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and local language (e.g., Tamil/Hindi)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Good command over MS Excel, Email, and CRM systems
  • Comfortable using real estate portals and WhatsApp Business tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,245.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
