Guest Relation Executive - Real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and walk-ins at the front desk.
• Assist customers with project-related inquiries, brochures, site visits, and appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth client handling.
• Manage and maintain the guest lounge and reception area to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a record of all client visits and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support event coordination and customer engagement activities during launches and site visits.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients post-visits.
• Handle customer grievances professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, front office, or a similar role (preferably in real estate or hospitality sector)
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and telephone etiquette
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
