Curriculum Developer

• Curriculum Development

  : Design, create, and continuously improve the curriculum for pre-primary school classes to ensure it is age-appropriate, engaging, and in line with the latest educational practices.

• Activity & Lesson Planning

  : Develop lesson plans and educational activities that enhance children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.

• Video Creation

  : Produce instructional videos to support classroom teaching and demonstrate various activities and learning processes.

• Monitoring & Evaluation

  : Regularly assess the effectiveness of the implemented curriculum in the classroom and ensure that it is followed appropriately.

• Feedback & Improvement

  : Collect feedback from teachers and students to make necessary adjustments, ensuring the curriculum meets both educational standards and the needs of the children.

• Documentation

  : Maintain and update curriculum documents, lesson plans, activity sheets, and other educational resources to ensure accessibility and effective teaching.

• Teacher Support

  : Collaborate closely with the teaching staff to provide support, guidance, and resources for the successful implementation of the curriculum.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a

  Curriculum Developer

  in pre-primary education, preferably in franchised schools like

  , or

  Modern Pride

  .
• Strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate educational materials and activities.
• Experience in video creation and editing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make improvements based on classroom feedback.
