Roles and Responsibilities for franchise schools :

• Creating folders appropriately to share resources to Poddar schools
• Managing and sharing of resources for Poddar schools (CBSE & ICSE)
• Monthly monitoring of resources shared and submitting report on the same
• Maintaining records and updating all details of Poddar Franchises
• Creating modules for Orientation of New Schools
• Planning and coordinating trainings for PCC & PLS
• Design and deliver trainings
• Maintain records & reports of the trainings conducted

Managing of the file and data base of the publication department by

• managing the different versions of chapters of different textbooks and workbooks by sorting them and arranging them in the correct folders
• ensuring correct nomenclature is followed
• checking that files meet the set guidelines
• managing the trackers
• prompt reporting of gaps

Expected Competencies :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate use of appropriate and effective techniques in teaching learning
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to think out of the box and be flexible in accepting changes regarding activities.

Must Have skills :

Communication, Intermediate level of experience with recent version of Microsoft Suite, such as word, Excel, Power Point, Lesson Planning, Curriculum development, Training delivery, knowledge of publication process.
