We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in US freight brokerage to lead our Gurgaon sales operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for building a sales team from scratch , initially starting with three freshers , and will be fully responsible for their training, performance, and monthly target delivery . Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on US inland haulage and OTR shipments . Drive revenue growth by securing freight opportunities and building relationships with shippers and carriers across the US.
