Title: Procurement Executive Job Overview Detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our drone manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in procurement , preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or electronics, and will be responsible for vendor management, purchase order processing, and supply chain coordination. Job Description Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for drone components (e.g., motors, batteries, sensors, carbon fiber, electronics). Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Raise and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring compliance with company policies. Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues. Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent production delays. Work with finance to optimize procurement budgets and reduce costs. Liaise with production, logistics, and QA teams to ensure smooth material flow. Address supply chain disruptions and find alternative solutions. Ensure procurement activities adhere to industry regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Qualification and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of procurement/purchasing experience (manufacturing/aerospace/electronics preferred). Familiarity with drone components (e.g., LiPo batteries, flight controllers, GPS modules) is a plus. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
